A survey on the expediency of a physical contact with aliens/extraterrestrials. Whether to provide material proof to contactees.
MESSAGE FROM REPRESENTATIVES OF THE INTERSTELLAR UNION OF OUR GALAXY:
“Greetings, inhabitants of the Earth!
We are pleased with your decision to take part in the Public Opinion Survey on the presence of Interstellar Union specialists on your planet and their interaction with you. After tracing the public’s reaction to informing the general public about the existence of the Interstellar Union and contacts with it among you, some experts of the Interstellar Union came to the conclusion that it is inexpedient to renew physical contacts with earthlings, carried out in order to study the planets of the galaxy on ships of the Interstellar Union in physical bodies. This conclusion is due to the rejection in your society of the idea of the existence of extraterrestrial intelligence, with a predominance of aggressive tendencies in relation to contactees with the Interstellar Union and with other types of embodied and non-embodied spiritual entities. This is manifested by designating astral and mental contacts occurring with people – as mental pathologies that require not a scientific study, but elimination through medical correction of perception with special drugs that reduce sensitivity to information coming into the consciousness of a contactee from the spiritual world through the brain. Such scientific theories are supported by earthly governments and the public, which is due to materialistic perception, xenophobia, and fears of public opinion, as well as of life changes in the vast majority of the earthly population we have studied. Based on this, we invite you to express your opinion on the following options – in the form of proposals to the Council of the Interstellar Union. You can do this by choosing one of three options and justifying your choice in a few phrases:
1. Provide physical evidence in any form to several contactees, independently of each other, in order to disclose this evidence to your society and transfer information about the Interstellar Union to open sources for all. This can lead to widespread publicity of our ideas and will allow the political, scientific, and military structures of your world to treat them more carefully and seriously.
2. Do not provide any physical evidence to contactees before the time of mass contact with earthlings due to the threat to the life of contactees, their health and freedom from the military, special services, religious fanatics, criminal communities, and other destructive forces of your society. The provision of physical evidence of the existence of the Interstellar Union and the open contact with us of some members of your society can cause serious unrest among various groups that advocate both changing the laws of your society to join the Interstellar Union, and preserving the previous order. In the present state of your planet’s noosphere, there is a possibility of armed clashes caused by contradictions that arose during the discussion of the possibility of mass contact and entry into the Interstellar Union.
3. If you disagree with any of the above options, you can offer your own, briefly describing its essence and the reason for your choice. We would like to inform you that in the event of your planet joining the Interstellar Union, all legislative acts of your states will be brought to the norms of our community, which were presented to you earlier through the contacts, and every citizen of the Earth will have access to technical, scientific, medical, cultural and spiritual achievements of the Milky Way galaxy. In particular, these are:
1. Interstellar flights on ships with the possibility of gravitational jumps.
2. Quark-gluon instant communication within our galaxy.
3. The possibility of resettlement for permanent residence on the planets of the Interstellar Union and their colonies, including those outside the Milky Way galaxy.
4. Widespread replacement of heavy physical labor with the work of specialized high-tech robots.
5. Introduction of high-tech medical care and disease prevention, with the possibility of energy diagnostics and correction, the use of nanochips, medical robots, genetic transformation, and other scientific medical theories and technologies available to the Interstellar Union.
6. Introduction in your educational institutions of galactic standards of teaching sciences, with an obligatory practical study of the laws of the material and Spiritual worlds – to increase the efficiency of the embodiment of each spirit that comes into your world through birth in the body of an earthling.
7. Obligatory contact between your law enforcement agencies and the Galaxy Security Service – in order to create a single system serving to control the prevention of crimes against the life, health, and well-being of people, as well as to implement uniform measures to suppress the activities of criminal groups and individuals who violate the laws of the Interstellar Union. The possibility of isolating earthlings carrying out destructive activities on special planets is intended for all criminals of the Interstellar Union.
8. Assistance in clearing the nature of the Earth and near-earth space from technogenic pollution: solid, liquid, gaseous, and energy, as well as assistance in bringing the weapons of states in line with the requirements of the Interstellar Union.
9. Assistance in the construction of a new type of planetary infrastructure typical for the worlds of the Interstellar Union: technologies for building cities, roads, waste processing plants, factories for the manufacture of robots, and their own interstellar spaceships, etc.
