(Irina) – First, let us clarify the terms. According to some esotericists and contactees, the word “phantom” defines the incarnated spirits who do not recognize themselves as a spirit. They consider themselves as still being embodied. That is, phantoms do not feel the divine light. The Spirit world is unimportant to them. They deny their responsibility for developing themselves on a spiritual plane. In our terminology, these are not self-aware spirits. It is like they are temporarily asleep, and only a part of their “being” functions. But phantoms still have a soul, I mean they are immortal spirits incarnated, they just do not know about it, they do not believe in it. Their disbelief is equal to ignorance.
The phantom will not necessarily remain so until the end of its incarnation. It can break free of this state, it can stop being a phantom, and so become aware of itself.

(Irina) – Well, if we take into account both plasmoid civilizations and the Spirit world, then there is only the matter of self-consciousness.
From my experience of working with plasmoid contactees, many of their mentors respond that they were assigned to a person from birth or even earlier. More or less conscious contact is possible regardless of age, race, and gender, when a person is ready for the path and duties of contactee mentally, energetically, and spiritually. Remember that the path of conscious contacting is a difficult path in the sense that a person will have to be a contactee and at the same time try to maintain a normal social life as a human being in the material world. So, this is not about a person’s age, but only the matter of self-consciousness.

(Irina) – The only way I can be related to Helena Blavatsky is by our common mentors. Blavatsky had a mentor from the planet Eslair. Just like me. MidgasKaus from planet Eslair is my mentor. But he did not contact Helena (as he was not born yet), but his senior teachers did. Besides Eslair contacts, she was in contact with some plasmoid civilizations of Earth, Jupiter, Venus, the Sun, and basically, the entire solar system.
And one more thing – she was good at out-of-body experience; she could travel on the astral plane. I do this too. This unites us.
But unlike her, I live in a different time period, when society reacts differently to the events going on. I also have physical contact with “them”. With Dahraal and Burkhad civilizations. She had contact with Eslair and some plasmoids. Another difference is that she devoted herself to writing books, not working with people. She traveled the world, and during these journeys, she had lots of time to make notes and write books. Her books were translated into many languages. Most of the time, however, I work with people, helping them reach their Higher Self. For this reason, I have no time and energy for writing books.

(Maxim) – Irina, please, tell us more about “the Higher Self” phenomena. How can one be connected with his or her Higher Self? What is it for?
(Irina) – Our spirit is not fully embodied in the dense material world. A part of it remains on the spiritual plane. And you, my dear viewers, are only partially in the physical world. Some part of you is still in the Spirit world. There, the part of your spirit has all its memory of the past incarnations, all the knowledge of your life purposes here on Earth, and how much your deeds correspond to these purposes. This is the substance we try to connect to. This is our Higher Self.
Why is it called the HIGHER Self? Due to its vibration frequency that is much higher than the frequency of the embodied part.
This is the highest point of our consciousness, or our Superconsciousness, or Cosmic consciousness – this is the same sort of thing.
Why do you need to contact it? Cause only your Higher Self can give you the answers to questions that correspond to your mission and your own life path. Therefore, we consider it necessary to consult with the Higher Self on such vital issues as “where to go”, “what to do in life”, “what goals to strive for and how to achieve them” and etc. Only your Higher Self may know the only right answer for you, but not for your parents, teachers, or gurus.
Therefore, the Higher Self is believed to be the best teacher and adviser for a person.
Connection to the Higher Self may also be important to a person who wants to engage in esotericism, or for contactees. Because you can set up contact with any of the mentoring spirits. In this case, your Higher Self will be inviting these mentors right from the Spirit world.

(Irina) – Jiva (or Prana) is more like a “soul”. Atman means “essence, breath”. In connection with Prana, Atman makes what we call “Vitality”. And Paramatman is one of many definitions of the Higher Self. But we should consider it only as a part of Indian religious terminology.

(Irina) – *Answers live-chat question* If you see your Higher Self in the form of a star, it makes sense, as well. It may also appear to you like the sun, or a star, or just as your reflection. One way or another, it will always have a unique form for each of you, at least for those with imaginative thinking.
One can also meet the Higher Self on the astral plane, as it is an open gate to the Spirit world. While staying there, it can send you a special image that will talk to you. A person, while dreaming and staying unconscious, can get onto the astral plane. It is also possible to reach your Higher Self when you are awake and conscious, but this kind of contact will be more like a Q&A session without receiving clear images.

(Irina) – There is a special approach…
One should meet 3 conditions. The first is to get into a state of physical and mental relaxation.
Everyone knows how to relax in a physical way. Mental relaxation is when you temporarily stop controlling your thoughts and analyzing your actions. The part of the spirit that is responsible for logical thinking should be temporarily put aside. While in the body, we have to establish a connection through the brain. We should use the brain area that is responsible for creative thinking, imagination, visual thinking, etc. Through this part of the brain, one can set up contact with the Spirit world without leaving the body.
How to ask your Higher Self a question? How to address? “I want to talk to my Higher Self. Are you ready to answer me?” Your Higher Self will hear your request and send you a response.
While receiving answers, you are in a state when you cannot distinguish whether the HS speaks to you or not. You can analyze it later, after leaving the state of contact.
You will be able to distinguish it by the answers you’ve got. If, when asking questions, you receive answers that do not correspond to the purpose of spiritual evolution, as it is given in spiritual teachings, then this is not your Higher Self. For example, HS will not tell you that the purpose of your life is to hurt someone or to stop living your life, leaving children, property, and not achieving any spiritual goals.
The Spirit world set the rule for you to be certain of the true Higher Self speaks: the first answer that comes to you is the answer from HS. It can come as a vision or only in thoughts, or it may be both at once.
At first, when the channel to the spiritual plane is not yet stable, it is possible that the answers will be unclear, and the images mixed. In order to stabilize and strengthen the channel, it is important to ask a clarifying question. For example, if you asked a question about your life purpose and received a simple answer, like “climb the stairs”, then you need to ask more,” where to go up, for what, etc.” These clarifying points will strengthen the connection with your HS. You will eventually receive more detailed and accurate answers.

(Maxim) – Irina, is there such a thing as “dark Higher Self” or “Lower Self”?
(Irina) – There are various negative substances of the mental body of a person that affect astral etheric fields in a form of negative energetic blocks. They are not called “Lower Selves”, at least in our terminology. According to the Interstellar Union, these substances are not basically a part of “My Self”. It is neither “lower” nor “Negative” Self. We do not call it this way, as not to emphasize its significance for a person. We consider this a temporary formation in a person’s spiritual structure. Anyway, the energetically fed substance can grow powerful enough to answer questions. But, as I said, it will be very easy to distinguish by the answer it gives. All of them will sound identical, as being charged by one sort of negative energy or emotion (fear, anger, sadness, envy, and etc).

(Maxim) – Is it possible to connect to the Higher Self with the help of a pendulum?
(Irina) – Yes, it is possible. MidgasKaus and LeeSheoney have seen so many people using material objects and body practices to communicate with the Spirit world. These forms of contact can be called Spiritualistic.
MidgasKaus says that Eslair scientists studied spiritualism in details. And they came to the conclusion that this is not a full-contact. In any case, full contact can only be established mentally. Of course, if you don’t feel anything at all, you can use a pendulum, but just to make sure that the Spirit world exists. Still, better don’t get used to communicating with your Higher Self through material stuff. Otherwise, it will be difficult to learn how to set up a direct and clear dialogue.
I talked to several people who communicated with their HS using a pendulum. And when we tried to set up a mental dialogue, this group of people received answers only in a form of some sensations and feelings in the body. It is very difficult to get detailed answers in this case. When we asked the follow-up questions, such a person did not feel anything, except for sensations in the body. No thoughts or images came until the person began to practice the increasing sensitivity method that MidgasKaus gave (I’m talking about reading the Eslair affirmation for 21 days in a certain way).

(Maxim) – What can block the contact with Higher Self?
(Irina) – Distrust. In the broadest sense, negative emotions can block contact with your Higher Self. Emotions that are focused on confronting the surrounding world, or fighting ourselves, rejecting this world as it is. It may be fear, anger, condemnation, irritation, envy, distrust, or even mistrust in oneself, or in a specialist who conducts a session. When you doubt the existence of the Spirit world it may occur as an obstacle as well, as there will be no energy to set up the channel.
You won’t be able to contact the Higher Self without believing in it. If the contact is just for fun, or if you just want to try it out and see if it really works or not, if you are full of prejudice, it won’t work. It may happen that a person will get some answers, but he or she won’t believe they are from the HS but are his or her thoughts.

(Maxim) – What is higher in vibrations than the Higher Self?
(Irina) – In our terminology, we call the highest (in vibration) part of the embodied spirit the Higher Self. It may be called differently in other religious, esoteric, and philosophical terms. In Christianity, this is generally called either the Holy Spirit or Christ. For example, St. Paul wrote that Christ must be in the heart. Or St. John the Evangelist wrote that in the heart there must be the Holy Spirit and the Light. In esoteric writings, the HS may be called Superconsciousness. These are very classic terms of Theosophy: Superconsciousness, Cosmic consciousness, Inner fire, and so on.
On Eslair, they call it the Inner Light. On Shimore it is called the Sun of the World. It is in everyone, just like a ray of light.
In any case, if you come across a description of some higher structure of a person’s spirituality in a book (article, video), you may find thousands of names and terms, but then you should look at what is behind these words. Then you can easily figure out what it is.

(Maxim) – Can we say that the subconscious is another word for Higher Self? Can psychologists work on a person’s HS issues?
(Irina) – In this case, we need to clarify the word “subconscious”. Even those whom I’m in contact with, explain it in a different way. This word can be called anything from a person’s heart, his or her feelings, desires, to one’s memory. Some people call “subconscious” everything that is hidden from consciousness, including Higher Self, and other unconscious processes.
What is consciousness? (MidgasKaus) According to the Interstellar Union, consciousness is the essential energy of the conscious spirit dedicated to percept the environment and itself. That is, your psychology’s definition of consciousness, namely, “consciousness is a reflection of objective reality in the subjective space,” is only partial for us. It says nothing of energy’s key role but states that it is only a form of reflection. And that is why the word “subconscious” can be understood as any process that is not currently conscious.

(Maxim) – Where is the Higher Self on the spiritual level?
(Irina) – Each spirit is embodied from a certain spiritual level. Therefore, its non-incarnated part is naturally at the level from which it was embodied. But even if it is incarnated from a low spiritual level, its HS stays on this level. As the major part of the spirit is still on the spiritual plane, it is in contact with those mentors who also live in the Spirit world, but at the higher level. In other words, they have a never-ending channel of communication in the Spirit world, so they do feel each other at any distance. After all, they do not have material bodies, they do not have the means of communication familiar to us (speech, writing, video, etc.) They communicate mentally and instantly.

(Maxim) – How to distinguish the Higher Self voice from the voice of spirits?
(Irina) – Only by the answers you”ll get it. If some kind of spirit speaks, then its answers will only be within its understanding.
But if this spirit is assigned to you as a protector (like your guardian angel), then you can take its voice for the voice of your Higher Self.
We need to take into account one feature of human nature. If a person is not ready for the contact with the Spirit world, he or she should first set up a channel with his or her Higher Self. When it will turn into a conscious contact, the Higher Self will automatically set up a channel with spirits. But if this person is not a conscious contactee, then (in 90 percent of cases) one will be hearing the HS. And if he or she already feels spirits (and their voices) and consciously communicates with them, then he or she is already able to distinguish them by vibration frequency. If this not happens, it only means little practice. And every spirit, yours and others (incarnated or not), has its own vibration. You can learn to distinguish it only by practicing such contacts.

(Maxim) – Are supernatural abilities (clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairgnosis) related to the Higher Self?
(Irina) – From the meaning of these terms, I can say they are special forms of contact. When a contactee is ready, things like visions of the future may be revealed.
If by clairgnosis you mean intuition (a knowledge that something may happen) without knowing the source of information, then this is more likely to be a contact with the Higher Self. Intuition is one of the HS displays.
Anyway, it is better to consider each particular case.

(Maxim) – May a group of people share ONE Higher Self?
(Irina) – Such a question may be related to a Guardian Angel, rather than to the Higher Self. Such angels (spirits from the highest planes) may have many charges. They can also respond to a person’s call, come into contact with him or her. And a person can easily take it for his or her Higher Self.

(Maxim) – So, each person has his/her own Higher Self, right?
(Irina) – Yes, indeed. But in the state of connecting to Higher Self, our consciousness begins to merge with it, and there is a feeling of unity with HS of others, with other people in general, as if it is a common Higher Self. This is because there is really no difference in vibrations. Cause in the World of spirits, there are no material bodies and there is no such differentiation. Everything is a unity there.
The best way to express this is to say, “You and I are one in the light of Creation.”
Our common Higher Self is only God – our heaven Father. And we are his embodied manifestations.

(Maxim) – How to protect your Higher Self from other people watching?
(Irina) – I guess, we are talking about other people trying to “hack” your Higher Self. In fact, if there is any request from the outside to your Higher Self, it may respond. But! If a request does not meet the purpose of YOUR spiritual evolution, your Higher Self will never answer it. It is able to figure this out without your help, because the Higher Self of a human being is about 70 percent of the substance, and the other 30 percent is you as an embodied part.
Anyway, your Higher Self may respond to others, and its response will always be consistent with its (and yours) spiritual plan. Your Higher Self and the Higher Self of the requestor will set up the channel that will be beneficial for spiritual awakening, enlightenment, and advancement of both of you.
(Maxim) – If an unconscious person makes a request to your Higher Self, will he/she be given an answer according to his/her level of consciousness?
(Irina) – Yes, the answer will be given according to such a level. For example, if you are afraid of revealing some of your secrets, then don’t be, as your Higher Self will never go for it, your HS will never reveal something that eventually may hurt or harm you. Or, for example, if your wife decides to ask your Higher Self whether you are cheating on her, then your HS will answer that her distrust energy will provoke her husband’s infidelity. Such an answer will be aimed to harmonize their relationship.

(Maxim) – Is it possible to address the other person through the Higher Self?
(Irina) – You will communicate only with the Higher Self of this person, that is, not with his/her consciousness, which is an embodied “part”, but with that “part” that is in the Spirit world. How does it work? For example, a person holds resentment toward someone. In order to let it go, he/she needs to ask for forgiveness and harmonization with this person. But how to do this if a person is not nearby or has already gone into the world of spirits? The only way is to contact the person’s image and HS. And then ask his/her HS for forgiveness. “I want to apologize, please, forgive me.” You need to ask for the light to fulfill you as well. Only then harmony can be established.
If this is important for you, you can ask this person’s Higher Self for the reasons for the person’s behavior. But the answer will be given in order to harmonize your relations.

(Irina) – If the channel to your HS is not stable yet, then, of course, the HS can respond in colors, or by sending you some visions. But each person may percept it differently.
Colors may change. Energy may change. A person may start seeing the color of the aura with his/her inner vision.
I’ve never seen a contact in numbers only. Of course, when a person is a mathematician with formulas in mind… Still, you do not talk to your friends in formulas, do you?

(Maxim) – What a person should do to be like you? Beautiful, strong, and kind like you are! I mean, to be the contactee:)
(Irina) – You know, each person is unique. And each person has his or her own life journey, a path of development. You don’t really need to be like me. Your own path is no less important for you, for the planet, and for the whole universe.
But if you intend to be a contactee, then there are two ways to do this. First, you have to wait for the contact. When you are ready (and your vibration level is high enough), they will come for you. Second, you may try to set up the contact by yourself. Of course, with the permission of your Higher Self, under its guidance and control. That is, you will need to set up the channel that meets your vibration frequency. This may happen only in case your incarnation purpose correlates with the path of the contactee. Sometimes it happens that it does not correlate at all. Once I helped several people to set up contacts with their Higher Self. And in both cases the answer to “May I become a contactee?” was NO, as this didn’t correlate to the current incarnation purpose.
(Maxim) – I just want to say that if you are ready to answer people’s questions days and nights, help them even when you sleep, breathe fresh air only from your balcony (because there is no time for anything else), then you can become a contactee like Irina.

(Maxim) – Is there a connection between Higher Self and any egregore?
(Irina) – Egregorial connections come into effect when incarnation happens – they occur with soul formation. When formed, they are never separated. Such connections persist at the level of your aura, at the level of your Higher Self, and at the level of your embodied part. Your spirit has a connection with the egregore that you give your energy to. Your Higher Self (your major part from the Spirit world) believes the same things as you do but does it more consciously.
After all, the spiritual energy, the energy that your spirit has, comes from Higher Self to a specific egregore.

(Maxim) – What is enlightenment?
(Irina) – Enlightenment is a special state of merging with your Higher Self, with the light that you have inside, in the heart, in the soul. This is a kind of entrance to the Spirit world. Not to the astral plane, but to where your Higher Self is.
Why is it called enlightenment? Cause this is your first experience. This is all “about the light”. Something happens inside a person, so he/she begins to feel like the light starts shining or the fire starts burning inside.
What is the difference between enlightenment and any bright religious thoughts? When enlightenment occurs, a person is transformed dramatically. For example, all material things may stop being interesting to him/her; a person may cease to be afraid of death, and start feeling like an immortal being. A person may even set up a contact with some civilization. The very life perception is changing. He/she ceases to feel him(her)self as a useless cog in a very large system. A person begins to feel like a truly spiritual being who came here for the experience, for learning life lessons. A person now feels the presence of God in everything. Meeting another person, the one first sees the light.
It will be impossible to turn such a person back to materialistic values. He/she will not believe either scientists or parents, because he/she will now have a different experience.

(Maxim) – Does the Higher Self have a name? How is it assigned or given?
(Irina) – Yes, the Higher Self has a special form of address, so a person can remember and distinguish it from others. It has a special Image and name. In the Spirit world, they do not need names because they feel each other through vibrations. But the Higher Self addresses its embodied part by the name, although sometimes the word “Higher Self” is used instead of the name.
What determines the choice of the name? Most often, this relates to past lives. Its memory of past incarnations is not blocked, so it can continue to call itself as it was called in one of the past lives, in one of the most significant incarnations. It does remember such incarnations. You, for example, can not remember all the events in your life. So does your Higher Self. It holds only some information from the previous life in its consciousness, otherwise, its consciousness would vanish. It is very similar to the way an actor recalls his roles. He remembers only some significant roles. But if needed, the Higher Self can recall each moment from the past life.

(Irina) – If it is caused by energy blocks (psychosomatic cause), then YES, you can eliminate this block through your Higher Self, and the physical illness will be cured as well.
In the case when the illness is in the mental body (your beliefs), then the Higher Self is able to connect with your consciousness, and you will experience that enlightenment, and your world perception will change. This alone can cure you of the diseases caused by negative thought-forms, attitudes, and so on.

(Irina) – Here’s the thing about that… When the spirit is embodied, then its whole consciousness is within the embodied part. What does it look like? For example, you want to know what’s inside a closed box. You cannot look there with your eyes, but you can feel the object in the box by putting your hand in there. All of you will be focused on the process of touching the object inside. And that is similar to how your spirit “embodies” your body.
At this moment we are talking to each other. And my Higher Self is now talking to yours because in reality spirit structure is inseparable. Its division is conditional only – one part is embodied, the other remains on the spiritual plane. But just as the head cannot be separated from the body, so you cannot be separated from your Higher Self.
Therefore, the feeling of love occurs in the physical world. True love happens when the vibrations match, and people can feel it. Then, three things happen to them: physical attraction, mental connection, and complete spiritual understanding of each other. Common interests play as support when difficult times happen. And love is manifested not only in joys but also in sorrows.

But you need to understand that they are way different from humanoid and plasmoid civilizations. The spiritual plane is where spirits await for incarnation, where they live in eternity (out of time). This means they are changeless and permanent. A spirit may want to change its spiritual level (be higher, be closer to God), but for this, according to the laws of Creation, it must be embodied again in the material world. That is, to change for the better and raise vibrations, the spirit and its mentors need to consider the plan for further incarnation. These mentors lead the spirit, most often, more than a dozen of incarnations.
