– Our average height is between 7 feet 5 inches and up to 12 feet tall. The skin color is grayish-green. In general, the body structure resembles the body structure of your reptiles with the only difference that we walk on two legs. We have scaly skin; there is a small tail and four fingers on the hands with the remains of the membranes between them. Eye color is yellow, pupils are vertical. Ears are absent, only two holes. There is no hair.

The point is: the greater technique of the society and their weaponry the greater responsibility is required from the Government of this planet. Judging by the energy that comes from your planet on the astral level, your technical development is far ahead from spiritual development of the society. Due to this fact, many of us bringing up a question before The Interstellar Union, about external control of your planet. Otherwise you will destroy yourselves. This control could be applied through your rulers, even using hidden violent methods in the interests of whole entire civilization.
But representatives of The Interstellar Union, who are authorized to give such permissions, give radicals the same answer that interference at their level is impossible, because each civilization must pass its own lessons, even if it is on the verge of destruction.
There are many who disagree. Yes, even some other members of the Interstellar Union disagreeing.

– Of course! We collaborate on many questions related to biological, medical and genetic experiments, and not only in the area of your planet, but in whole galaxy.

– Officially, our Government refused to prepare specialists for contacts with you. If there are such contacts, they are all private, independent of the Government.

This is one of the many secret societies who think they have control over some processes on your planet, but in fact they are being controlled by themselves – by the same system that I spoke about at the very beginning of our conversation.

– The meaning of word «satan» was explained to those people whose language is Hebrew and translated as «Opponent». My personal opinion that «satan» is not a personified individual, but the dark side of each spiritual person who deviates from the path of righteousness. And the essential worldview of “satan” is freedom of choice, freedom of will which is placed higher than the need to serve the Absolute. The need for freedom of choice is the essence of “satan,” because it creates the illusion of permissiveness, a total absence of authority. But in reality there is no one who is not dependent on the Absolute.
In Christianity, they called Satan devil and it was a made up image. Not my entire race, but only a group, unfortunately, who started the war. An image of “satan” was created, like a serpent, like a dragon. The image was created for a Jewish group, for their safety. An independent egregore had to be established, from us reptilians. But those who carried out a decision and executed it were incarnated from low levels of spiritual world; therefore, they were moved by obvious reasons, pride, anger, envy and other destructive feelings. Which are causing wars on your planet even till this time.

– Fastarianism? Explain the main points, please …
Our religion system most closely resembles your polytheism. In every aspect of reality, we recognize God. These manifestations are the product of one God, who is the manifestation of the One we don’t have a name for. There is a spiritual being that you might call Christ or God who is responsible for each branch of reality and helps incarnated spirits to create it.
There are a lot of them. Each of them can be requested and each of them can be thanked. They are not all equal. There are subordinates and managers among them. It is a system similar to your polytheism.

We do a fair amount of experiments on genetic crossing, throughout galaxy, even with insectoids.

– Why do you cross your genotype with different races?
Irina:
– To bring out a more perfect being.

– To make application of resources in much advanced way, to learn the laws of physical universe in much advanced way, to learn through material world the laws of the spiritual world.
We believe that the creature that we want to bring out at the end will have the advantages of all races and will have a minimum number of weaknesses. Because when you start genetic experiments, by crossing different races, the finished hybrid can end up with both advantages and weaknesses.
