Hello, my name is Irina. I am a contactee with Extraterrestrial Civilizations. Today with us are the representative from planet Eslair, MidgasKaus (in the astral body). He is ready to answer questions.
Good afternoon, my name is Ivan Ektal. I deal with psychology, energy, and working with the subconscious of people. Met with Irina to chat and receive answers to my questions from another Civilization.

Ivan – Here is an interesting question: What is the Spiritual world and what its structure?
Irina – The spiritual world, in our understanding, is the world where Spirits reside, which has not been incarnated yet. It is divided into three main areas. This is what you call the Astral. It’s the closest part of the Spiritual world to the material reality, which serves as a transition area for Spirits who temporarily left their incarnated bodies.
Astral consists of 7 levels, each one of them is different in a matter of feelings and thoughts and corresponds to your 7 chakras. Each planet has its astral which is arranged in its own way, Earth, for example, has 7 levels that align with the vibrations of our 7 chakras.
Above the 7 th level of Astral we have another world with different vibrations it’s a world of non-incarnated spirits.
This area, unlike the Astral, is global for the entire Universe. It’s a living world for all Spirits that incarnating in Humanoid worlds, Plazmoid worlds, Thin-density worlds, or Thick-density worlds. This level is for everyone who is incarnating throughout the whole Universe at a given time of its existence.
It’s divided into 24 levels. Each level has its own characteristics in vibrations, thoughts, and feelings for those Spirits that incarnate there. Each level has its specific missions and purposes that need to be fulfilled by Spirits when it comes there, in return for the energy that it will receive for its existence.
Ivan — So you are saying that Astral is also a part of Spiritual world?
Irina – Astral is part of Spiritual world, vibrations of which are closest to physical reality.
Ivan – Ok, i understand.
Irina – 24 levels of World of non-incarnated Spirits:
Levels 1 – 6 occupy Spirits with low vibrations, which usually called demons, devils, dark or evil spirits. Why they called dark? Because they don’t realize their own Light. They consider Light to be darkness, they do not believe in themselves as part of God, as part of universal energy, they deny it.
Ivan — They are not engaged in creative activities, so to speak?
Irina – They are not engaged in creativity but in the destruction of what they have created themselves in the past. We call it the process of degradation.
Spirit from the highest level, descends to the lowest – it degrades. They even destroy what other Spirits created for themselves and their purpose. The reason is a wrong understanding of what is creative and what is destructive. The misconception of justice, love, and other fundamental concepts.
Irina – Levels 7 – 8 are special levels, they belong neither to demons nor to mid-level Spirits because they occupied by Spirits, which had a lot of incarnations in Plasmoid worlds, those who are responsible for Nature, nature elements and forces of nature and planets. Not just those who had many incarnations there, but to those who found special meaning in it. They see God, they see Light, and they see love only in manifestations of nature, so to speak, not in people…
Ivan – Can we say they have no direct contact with God, with Creator?
Irina – Yes, they have no direct contact with God, or with Creator. Naturally, they can think differently. But in fact, Light – The energy of God, for them, manifests itself through matter. For example, they could think the matter is eternal. Giving it the attributes of God. And having incarnations in Plasmoid and Thin-density worlds. What we call thin-density matter, you understand, various types of energy.
Ivan – Energy worlds, relatively speaking.
Irina – Yes, energy worlds. Although thin-density, it’s still a matter. Nevertheless, some of them consider themselves, not a matter but Spirit. They believe their world is different from a thick-density world so much, that they can call themselves Spirits. It doesn’t matter if they incarnated in a thin-density world it’s still a matter. And they are incarnated anyways. Very many of us getting incarnated there, but only for those who make it a special significance, who constantly gravitating and aim to be there, such Spirits make it to level 7 and 8.
Level 9 – 16 these levels are given to, what you might call Mid-level Spirits. They occupy an intermediate position between the world of destruction and the world of creation, between the world of material consumption and the world of material creation.
Level by level, starting 9 through 16 inclusively, grows awareness and understanding that all Spirits incarnated here to create, and bring blessings and goodness. But unlike the Spirits that come next, these usually focus their attention on a material world, not on its destruction, but on its experience. On consumption of various goods that exist here and not their destruction. To satisfy their needs. But at the same time, not engaging in consumption and satisfaction at the expense of others. To simply put it, they earn to consume. They learn about the world at Level 9 and 10 through sensations of their body, through taste, smell, some pleasures. When they seek these pleasures, they can really forget about God and spiritual development. But, unlike those who live on Levels 1 to 6, they still understand that it cannot be done at the expense of others, and that’s the main point of spiritual evolution here. As opposed to entry levels that do not maintain the principles of conscience or any kind of compassion in these matters.
9 to 12 — are levels of material consumption. Then comes the levels of physical experience. The mission of Level 14, for example, is not just experiencing the world you live in but learning its laws and its structure. Level 15 is when a person does not just learn about the world, but actively creates and implements ideas that improve the physical world. They considered being Creators.
Level 16 – it’s a transitional and very complicated level. This level is called the Aspirant or Spiritual seeker. Even though this level included in Mid-level Spirits world, it takes its name from a desire to seek and perceive the Spiritual world. He already knows our world is not as simple as it seems, and despite the existence of physical matter, there is a Spiritual world. For example, he is engaged in learning about Spiritual values. And passing through this level is very complicated. For example, you can either fall down, because a person can get into a fanatical religious movement, which will cause him to stop Spiritual development, and hate differently-minded people. This will not contribute to his rising but falling. Or he will find creative spiritual teachings, that will allow him to get rid of negative mindsets and emotions that they generate, and rise higher. They seek and try many different religious movements, and when they can’t find something to identify themselves with, they lose satisfaction in searching. Therefore it’s called seeker. But, if he finds something close to his soul, and finds a response in his heart as light, he can dramatically increase his level, and go to another one.
Next, we have Levels 17 to 24 which are called in your language as Level of Angels. The fundamental difference between this level and others, that Spirits from the level of Angels already realized themselves as Spirits and not as a body.
Ivan – More aware of themselves as Spiritual beings.
Irina – Yes, they more aware of their spiritual component and as the level rises, the realization of their mission is growing. Mission to selfless service. Serving God, serving people around you. They can completely forget about themselves and devote giving all their energy, and resources, both tangible and intangible, for the benefit of others. In the meaning however they interpret it, of course. Incarnation on those levels means they no longer had a motive to experience the world and enjoy at the expense of others, nor serve the physical world. They understood if they were born in a physical world is to experience and learn about God, to experience the path of Spirituality, they understood without this knowledge all material accumulation is meaningless. Usually, they say what’s the point of gaining wealth or experience pleasures, if you going to die anyway and will travel to the Spiritual world as an undeveloped soul.
Ivan – We can say they value spiritual evolution more than material. Priority is more biased towards the spiritual than the material.
Irina – Yes, their priority is more biased towards the spiritual. And from Levels 17 to 24 awareness is only increasing. Level 17 – Angels of Nature, level 18 – Guardian Angels, and so on and so forth. And the higher Spirit rises, the more opportunities it gets to influence the life path of other Spirits. Levels 22, 23, and so forth, level 24 occupy Spirits that monitor others… For example, selecting incarnations for others, teaching, mentoring. No need to say the more opportunities mean more responsibilities. And it’s easier to fall down, if…
Ivan – Ok. Another question, which level Spirits are incarnated in people on Earth?
Irina – From all of them.
Ivan – From 1 — 24?
Irina – Yes, from 1 – 24.

Ivan – Spirits of what levels are incarnated on Earth nowadays?
Irina – Your planet is going through a cycle of historical development, where incarnated Spirits from first 12 levels exceed the number of Spirits from last 12 levels. If we divide 24 levels by 2. The first 12 levels would be associated with material consumption and the rest 12 levels would be related to the material creation, therefore the ratio between incarnated Spirits from 1-12 and 13-24 would be 73% to 27% in the past 25 years. This is an average number, due to variable data year after year.
Last several years this tendency has changed and Spirits from higher levels incarnating more now. Due to the special work of Interstellar Union on cleansing the Earth’s noosphere from negative thought forms, negative egregores. With those clear vibrations Illuminating Light and Love could attract Spirits from high levels to incarnate.
This way, the Interstellar Union decided to help your Civilization in your social development, so you don’t have to go through the path of wars, decay, and moral degradation of the ruling establishment, which is typical for many civilizations.
Ivan – Ok, good, understood. So different Spirits in different eras incarnating from all Spiritual levels and this ratio is always changing?
Irina – Yes it’s changing.

Ivan — What happens with soul after death?
Irina – If we are talking about earthlings, their life has already been determined before incarnation. Of course, it changes depending on if lessons on Earth were learned or not. But the lifespan can be either extended or shortened, depending on if the soul were degrading or improving during life. If it’s a natural separation of the soul from the body and not an act of violence, then the date is known in advance by the Spiritual world.
Not long before the death of a physical body, so-called Spirits Gatekeepers from 21 level or Angels Gatekeepers are coming into a physical reality. Their duty is to escort the soul separated from the body, into the Spiritual world. To walk through the Astral to the level soul has reached during lifetime.
Ivan – In life?
Irina — Yes, in life. The common practice is when one or two Angels Gatekeepers, it depends on a soul that’s leaving the body, (it may relate to death in different ways) come to physical reality and wait for Soul to separate, by keeping close distance near the physical body. Even if physically no one is near the dying person, Angels Gatekeepers are always waiting for him in the Spiritual world, and ready to help if something happens. Even if a dying person degraded to the level of a demon, like those from level 1-6, still they will come to meet him. Of course, those demons that helped him to degrade can come to meet him as well. However, Angels Gatekeepers are always present. When Soul is finally separated from the body, the Gatekeepers are there to meet it. Depending on attitude towards death, and how well prepared the person was, the soul may take a different state. When Soul leaves the body, its thought forms begin to form surrounding reality, astral images around it.
For example, it may begin to see, her/his deceased relatives or something else. Angels Gatekeepers reach out to the Soul. If they see that soul does not perceive them, they can take an image that’s close to her, to comfort, calm her down and explain that’s everything is fine and escorts the Soul to its required level. If it’s a level from 1-21 they will help walkthrough with her, but if it’s a higher level, they can reach level 21, and then Soul has to walk by herself. Because Spirit can’t go up higher than its level until it can reach a higher level in physical reality itself.
Ivan – Can a high level Spirit descend to a lower level in Spiritual world?
Irina – Yes it can, only if it decrees its vibrations, and it will have to struggle to stay there because lower vibrations naturally push out higher ones. But it’s possible.
As soon as Angels Gatekeepers helped the Soul reach its destined level, it’s being explained the rules, how she can live there, what she can do. Initially, the Soul that left the body still has some life force. Spirit is connected to the life force, about 40 days after death.
Gradually, the life force is dispersing. Usually in a few days. It is always, individually, of course. But the average period is 3 to 7 days, after final separation from the body. The thread of vitality getting interrupted immediately and it’s impossible to return back to the body. Usually, within an hour after death, the thread of vitality breaks completely.
Substances that were in your body begin the process of decomposition. Microbes decompose this body into elements. In order for these molecules and atoms to enter the environment for further building activity. Because of vital threads breakdown, the Soul cannot return to the physical body anymore, although sometimes, when people are afraid of death, they try to do it, but they can’t return, it’s impossible.
For example, the soul may try to return because of the relatives who surround and mound about her, like those who don’t want to let her go yet.

Ivan – What happens if the Soul really wants to return, because the relatives suffer greatly for this person, who has died, and what happens to the Soul in this case?
Irina – By suffering relatives release emotions of grief, desire to see her, not accepting her death. Naturally, all emotions travel to the Spiritual world. Since relatives themselves are still alive, these emotions are reinforced and charged with their life force.
The majority of it goes to the Spiritual world and some of it stays in the Astral body. Since all of these cryings, grieving, moaning emotions have been charged up over an image of a particular Soul, then they travel to feed this Soul. And it depends on the evolutionary level of the Soul itself, the way she will manage to use them but, she can take it as nourishment, as food. On an emotional level, it will look that she likes them thinking about her, remembering her, and she will begin, to continue feeding herself with this life force. Naturally, the life force will start dissolving its power till the 40th day, this is very individual, but by day 40 all of its life force is wasted and Soul will become a Spirit.
Ivan – it turns out that on day 40, approximately, Soul completely loses its own life force power, but if her relatives will keep suffering, moaning and grieving over her they create a channel of life force and start feeding her again?
Irina – Yes, they begin to create a channel, everything is correct. And it mainly depends on the degree of maturity of Soul itself, and her attitude to this situation…. If she chooses to accept this channel, she can start provoking thoughts of herself, she can visit Astral while they are asleep. Well, why would she want to do that? Because the life of a Spirit without life energy is unnatural. It’s more comfortable for a Spirit to be surrounded by life energy.
Ivan – And it turns out the Soul gets stuck in Astral and will not go to Spiritual world?
Irina – She can live in Spiritual world too, but she will visit Astral quite often. Or she can stay in Astral.
Angels Gatekeepers will come, and she will simply refuse to go with them. But according to the laws of the Spiritual world, no one has the right to force or make her. They can only offer to go with them, explaining the situation.
Ivan – But if she refuses, she can “get stuck” in Astral and be fed by the energy of her relatives?
Irina – Yes, but from time to time, Angels Gatekeepers will be coming back to Soul explaining the consequences of her behavior that she could degrade and so on.
Ivan – My practice often shows such situations when Souls get stuck and, relatively speaking, begin to live next to her relatives, thus eating their energy and lead them to exhaustion.
Irina – The only way out from this, is to go with Gatekeepers and continue to develop.
The only way to help this Soul is to block this channel; otherwise she can set herself to parasitism.
Ivan – Yes, the parasitic use of someone else’s life energy.
Irina – Yes. This connection with the channel cannot exist forever, due to constant loss of life energy, relatives can become ill. Either relative will forget about the Soul, therefore stop the channel, and will go on with their business. In the future, it will not be easy for her to rebuild her internal scenario. She will have to work on this next incarnation. If you really feel sorry for your departed relatives, then you should not contribute to their degradation. If you feel it has already happened, and the channel has been created, you need to block it, this way you will contribute to the development of Soul. Then she can go on further with her issues.
Ivan – To block the channel, means stop suffering. To realize that suffering is meaningless.
Irina – Yes, to accept it.
Ivan – To stop generating negative associations, negative emotions, all these negative connections, in the form of suffering for departed Soul.
Irina — Pain for a deceased person creates that channel. And the channel can be even stronger if there are any negative feelings left, resentment towards this Soul, it can also “feed” the channel.
Ivan – Yes, any negative emotions establish such negative connections, negative channels. In my practice, I had situations when this happened in the next incarnations of a person.
Irina – Such karmic connections.
Ivan – Yes, I saw when next incarnation of a person he continues to nourish some Soul, connection of which he established much earlier in time.
Irina — In fact these are negative connections. They interfere with developments of both Souls.

Ivan – Ok, next question, Do all people have Spiritual Mentors and who are they?
Irina – Of course, everyone has Spiritual Mentors. Each one of you before incarnation here on Earth meets with Spiritual Advisers at least once. They responsible to find a place and conditions for you to incarnate, otherwise you would not come to live in a body.
Ivan – Are there any Advisors or Mentors during life, during incarnation?
Irina – According to the rules of the Spiritual world, it’s a special process for Advisors to select the conditions for incarnation. Everything is calculated through various symbolic signs to match the signs of the horoscope, numerology, for example. Astrological and numerology systems were created not to influence incarnated Spirits, but to show esoterics who exactly got incarnated. By taking into account these symbols, signs, and meanings Angels Advisors choose what type of person will come to life and what mission he has to accomplish. They also select incarnation conditions judging by qualities he adopted in previous incarnations, to make sure he will be developing in love, acceptance, humility, patience. For example, Angel looks at the Soul and sees it lacks spiritual growth and decides to select appropriate conditions for it. It’s not a matter of one day and even one month. The Spirit comes to Angels Advisors or they can call him out to discuss the conditions, they have a conversation and then they become his Spiritual Mentors.
Ivan – Does this communication with Advisors continue during incarnation?
Irina – In fact, it’s a pretty serious step. First, he gets offered several options, and then Spirit himself learns the options. Where will he be born, who will his parents be, what his goals and mission are. He definitely gets to know how long his life will be. This is what Angels Advisors picked for him. As I said previously everything can be modified. Starting how many years will he live and what will cause him to die. He will be told of it all. If he will have questions about why is so and so, he will be shown reasons behind in his previous incarnations. And, of course, Angels Advisors are ready to interact with the Soul, if Soul is awakened… First, if it is aware of the connection with its Spirit, with the whole part of its Spirit. Not only with consciousness of a physical brain but also with that part of Spirit that remained in Spiritual world, which you call Higher Self.
If a person follows the path of spiritual evolution, if he gradually begins to become aware of himself in the Spiritual world, if he begins to communicate with Higher Self, then through this part of himself he begins to communicate with his Mentors, if he has such needs and desire. They will not refuse. They will come.
Ivan – Do you mean they are not always next to a person?
Irina – First, they could be incarnated themselves, or they could be busy with other Souls. For example, if an incarnated person will get in contact with the consulting center, but they are not there because they got incarnated themselves. Then another Advisor or Mentor will answer him, the one who familiar with his history. They are all ready to answer. They will get to know each other and he will simply answer that he is busy now. He may not say that he is incarnated. He can just say my name is so; I’m ready to answer you.
Ivan – To help instead
Irina – Yes.
Ivan – So, connection with Mentor happens at the request of a person himself?
Irina – Usually yes. Again it depends on the purpose of incarnation. If the purpose involves some actions like spiritual practices, the Advisors can come themselves. In a dream, in some altered states of consciousness, they can appear and guide the way.
Ivan – Can they take the initiative?
Irina – There may be an initiative on their part, but they will always take into account a possible human reaction.
Ivan – Ok, understood. Whether a person is ready to accept help or not ready.
Irina – Yes, it doesn’t happen spontaneously, they also thinking about it…
