1st Conference in Voronezh, Russia
Participants: Irina Podzorova and Maxim Rusan
00:00 Introduction
(Maxim) – Hello, dear friends. Please, meet Irina. She will tell us a little about herself – who she is, what she is, and in general, how it all started, how it all happened – such a shortcut of her story. Irina, tell us, please.
00:21 Irina as a Child
(Irina) – I am pleased to welcome everyone here. I grew up as an ordinary Russian girl, raised by a single mom and granny. I didn’t believe in aliens. I mean, I thought someone could possibly live on these faraway stars, but the distance to our planet is too long (for aliens) to come to us. I clearly knew that. Just like all other teenagers, I watched movies, read books. I also knew that we couldn’t reach the stars, as well. As a child, I assumed there was someone or something out there. But here… I never had even a thought of it.
01:13 First Encounter with Extraterrestrials
(Irina) – It happened in 1999. I turned 13 that year. One evening in the mid of July I was playing ball with some kids near the park. When everyone left, I wanted to stay further a bit. So I did. On my way home from the park, I chose the back gate to go through. That pass led to the dark, unlit street. I went down the street. All the lights were off. Still, our village is quite large, we have about five thousand people of population. The one thing I noticed was that there were no cars passing by, no voices, no laughter – a complete silence. Walking along the roadside, I looked up and saw a black triangle in a distance, standing horizontally, not like a usual rocket. It was standing on three pillars. I could also notice five dark human figures, at least I thought they were human. There were small round white windows, the open front door, and even the stairs down from that triangle. I stopped and asked myself, “I’ve walked this road today. There was nothing like this in the morning. What is it? Is it a new building site or a kiddie ride?” Then I got really curious, “Hm… Five dudes are over there, let me ask them what this fancy thing is.” I came closer. And then I saw they were much taller than anyone I’ve ever seen. They were around three meters in height. Dark figures with no necks. The head was connected straight to the shoulders, like this… *shows*. They had three eyes: two yellow eyes on each side, and above in the middle – a red one. That’s what I saw. I was trying to figure out what they were, who they were.
(Audience) – Were you scared?
(Irina) – It startled me. And now when I was too close, one figure addressed me. In Russian. Not mentally, but physically. It spoke to me in a law male voice, very human voice. He asked me in Russian, “Who are you?” I could clearly hear a human voice, so another guess was, “They must be human, maybe some actors filming something here, they are dressed in costumes, for sure.” I reflexively asked him back, “And who are YOU?” He replied, “I am Kirkhiton.” Then I said, “And I am Irina.” Introduced myself. He continued, “Will you come and fly with us?” Only after he said “fly”, at that particular moment, all the puzzle pieces like “triangle”, “strange-looking men”, and a suggestion to “fly somewhere” completed the picture in my brain. They were aliens. Who else may look so strange and ask such strange questions? I said, “Where to?” “To where we live”, he replied. “I cannot come with you”, I said, “I have to go home. My mom is waiting for me. If I’m not home sooner…” Of course, I wanted to come with them and see what their home was like. But I knew it was too far away. I also knew my mom would be looking for me. And I told him everything. He listened carefully and said, “Count the time. You will be back in two minutes.” I really wanted to come with them, I thought, “It’s just two minutes ride… I should come and see where aliens live.” Finally, I said, “All right, it’s a deal.”
06:20 First Ever Space Flight
He (Kirkhiton) said no more word, just turned around and went up to the triangle. I followed him, and the other four figures followed me. All were keeping silence. We entered the triangle ship, and at first, all I could see was a white shining everywhere. It was just as white as these lights *points to the ceiling*.
(Maxim) – It’s a coincidence. *Audience laugh*.
(Irina) – But there were no lamps or lanterns inside. Just light. I focused on the interior – there were gray walls, dark-grayish round ceiling. I was wondering where the source of light was. Then I went in and turned to the right. There were five or six small chairs along the wall. They (aliens) were three meters or taller, and hypothetically the chairs should fit them, but then I, a 13-year-old child, couldn’t sit on them. I wouldn’t even reach one. Surprisingly, the chair fitted me perfectly. I sat down, and four other aliens took a stand right in front of me. Above their heads, I could see some round windows, but they were too high. Luckily, it got pretty dark outside. Nothing special to look at. Kirkhiton stepped further to the corner of the room. It wasn’t sharp, more of a semicircle shape like this *shows* . There also was some sort of a table, and some sparkling lamps on a control panel, I guess. But I couldn’t see properly. Kirkhiton came over me and blocked the view. Before that, he said, “Sit down and count.” I sat down and counted to myself, «One-two…». Surprisingly, I felt nothing special during that space ride. I was sitting on the chair and counting. When the count reached “fifteen”, Kirkhiton announced, “That is it. We have arrived.”
(Audience) – How old were you?
(Irina) – Thirteen. When I turned to see where the door was, it wasn’t there, it was gone. Yep, I haven’t told you yet. Not that it was closed, any sign of it had gone. It was just a wall. So, when he finally said, “We have arrived,” I once again looked at the door – and there it was. He went through that newly formed entrance. I got up and did the same thing.
09:00 On Dahraal Planet
When we got off the ship, I couldn’t help but notice broad daylight. Though it had already got dark in my village, the new place was full of sunlight. I looked up and saw the sun was high. For sure, it wasn’t OUR sun, it was unusually white – just like these lights * points to the ceiling*, but with some purplish shades. It was quite hot outside. I was wearing a light dress, but it was still quite hot. I could feel the smell of burning matches in the air. I looked back and saw that it was a real triangle, like a pyramid, and we were standing next to it. The area where we stood looked made of pavement. Perfectly flat pavement, as flat as this table *points to the table*.
(Audience) – What planet was that? Were there any trees or houses? What was that?
(Irina) – There were no trees. I closely scanned the area – pavement was everywhere. Even when we left the square and went along the road – everything was covered in pavement. With no sign of a green grass, no trees.
On our right – in a distance – I could see randomly placed buildings. Twenty stories high or even more. They were black, with no windows, but with domed roofs. There were real domes on their tops. They slightly reminded me of our water towers, only these were black. And not of a brick, but of something unknown. Too far away it was. We were going somewhere in complete silence. Suddenly I saw another two giant figures were approaching us. They stopped – so did we. They told him(Kirkhiton) something. They looked at me first and said something to him. He answered. I looked at them, I looked at him — you know, if I was asked to look away, then look back at them and point my finger to Kirkhiton, I wouldn’t be able to do that. I couldn’t tell them apart.
(Audience) – It is like when we sometimes can’t tell two Asians apart.
(Irina) – No, it’s different. If you put two Asians side by side – of course, you can tell the difference.
(Maxim) – Sorry guys. In fact, right now Irina is telling us her story, and later on, we will be able to ask her questions to clarify something we are interested in. Her story is just the beginning of our conversation, of our dialogue. Now she talks about her first-ever encounter with “non-human”- with a real alien. Those of you who find the upcoming information useless or those of you who are not mentally prepared for such information – you’re free to go. Sometimes a person is not prepared for the information to come – if you are such a person, we’ll see you next time. This is just the beginning. Go on, Ira.
(Audience) – You could breath there, so, it must be an oxygen in the atmosphere, right?
(Irina) – Yes, there is oxygen in there.
(Audience) – What planet was that?
(Irina) – That was Dahraal. In the Cassiopeia constellation. Kirkhiton explained it later.
(Audience) – What is it called?
(Irina) – DAH-RA-AL.
(Maxim) – Cassiopeia constellation.
(Audience) – What language did they talk?
(Irina) – He (Kirkhiton) talked to me in Russian.
(Audience) – What about their native language?
(Irina) – I remember he said something incomprehensible. They spoke for a moment, then they went to where our ship was. I was breathing that air, but the burning smell brought tears to my eyes. “Kirkhiton, what’s the smell?”, I asked. As you know, I was only thirteen back then. “Sulfur oxide”, he replied. “Its concentration in the atmosphere is safe for you.” Well, that was a relief. We made few more steps and stopped near some square construction that was two stories tall, I guess. Such a long cabin. It was of the same dark color and had no windows, as well. Yep, that thing was two stories tall. He pushed the door handle and entered the cabin. I followed him. We found ourselves in a rather big bright room. It was pretty empty. In a distance, I saw a sort of a tall table, stretched from one side of the room to another. And again, no lamps, no lanterns. I still could feel the smell, but it wasn’t that harsh. By the way, there was no such a smell on the ship. Kirkhiton said: “This is our store.”
(Audience) – Were they wearing any clothes?
15:25 What DO “THEY” Look Like
(Irina) – In the light, I got a good look at him. He wore a dark jumpsuit; his hands and face were open. His skin was grey and smooth. He had a thumb and four fingers on both hands, but they were thin and long. Not a single wrinkle, not a single piece of hair. Yep, he said, “This is our store.” We both came closer to that table. “Here we can purchase some goods”, he continued. “Kirkhiton”, I said, “But I can see nothing, it’s too high.”
16:08 Extraterrestrial Items and Food
He stood beside me, then picked me up, and said, “Take a look now.” In fact, there were lots of stuff there. It was under glass or plastic. Two things caught my eyes. There was a dead bird in there, plucked poultry. It looked like our ostrich. It looked almost like our plucked chicken, but with head, legs, wings, and a wide beak left. I call it ostrich, as it had a long wide neck. The beak was curved, and the neck was long. Aside from that, it looked like our birds. Next to it, there was a long black stick, just like our pencil. I saw these two items, and then he put me down. “Kirkhiton, What do you have in here?”, I asked. He said, “This is our food – we eat it.” “And what about the stick?” He looked down at me and took the same-looking pencil out of his jumpsuit, I didn’t see any pockets attached to his suit, though. “This is our flashlight.” He pressed some button, and a bright beam of light ran out of it. I could see it well. Then he switched it off.
18:40 Aliens’ Currency
He took another item out of the suit and said, ”This is a coin.” And now I was looking at a diamond-shaped yellow coin in the size of my half-arm. He gave it to me – it felt like metal.
(Audience) – Was it heavy?
(Irina) – No, not much. There were some symbols on it – some triangles, some signs. I couldn’t identify them. Later on, Kirkhiton showed me their alphabet and tried to teach me their language.
(Maxim) – Yes, I just wanted to add a little… When you met Kirkhiton, you were 13 years old. And after he took you to Dahraal he asked you to become their contactee, right?
(Irina) – Not exactly, it happened on our second contact.
(Maxim) – Oh, really? Alright. My fault. Sorry for interrupting.
(Irina)- It’s ok. Well, he gave me that coin, and there were some triangles, lines, some letters that I couldn’t read. Then I gave it back.
19:50 Way Back Home
Suddenly he said, “I promised to bring you back home in two minutes. We have to go. I will bring you home.” On the way back to the ship I asked him, “Where are we now? Is it your city?” He said, “We are in Kuuli, the capital of Dahraal.” “You mean Planet’s capital?”(He replied) “Right you are. Dahraal is our planet. We do not divide our land into countries. We have only one capital.” “Is it far from my planet?”, I asked. He replied, “The star cluster we are in can be called the constellation Cassiopeia. We are 150 light-years away from the world where you live.” So, we entered our triangle-shaped spaceship. There were only two of us. With no additional instruction from Kirkhiton, I sat in the passenger’s chair. I didn’t count time. And once again – there was no sign of the entrance door. I looked thoroughly at the wall. “There’s no even a slight gap. Just a wall.” He went to the console panel and pressed something. In less than two minutes he came to me and said “That is all for today. You can go home now. I will come again soon. I want to talk to you more.” He said no more. I stood up. The door was already open. I went down the stairs and found myself in the same square near the Park. And again – no people, no cars. It was pretty much dark already. I didn’t have a watch with me. I left the ship, took just a few steps. Right away, I heard a whistle behind me, and a gust of wind hit me in the head. I looked back – the triangle ship was no longer there, just a bright star flying high in the sky. 1- 2 – 3 seconds, and it was gone. The sky was so starry that night. And I… I went home.
