Maxim: I welcome everyone, let’s start the conference. My name is Maxim Rusan. I am a lawyer by education, an economist and I am finishing my studies of “Business Psychology” at the Institute of Practical Psychology.
Once I, like many others, lived an absolutely simple life and did not even understand how everything in this world is arranged. Sometime I was lucky enough to meet a person who gave me the opportunity to understand and realize what is happening around me, who I am, why I came here, what religion is, who is God, who created us and so on. Everyone who is present here always has an internal request to understand what is happening around us and with us. Therefore, I want to introduce Irina Podzorova – a contactee with extraterrestrial civilizations!

Irina: I welcome everyone who came, thank you for your attendance. Until I was 13, I lived a normal life of a rural teenage-girl. When I was 13 years old, I met the representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations who came into contact with me. From that time to the present day, I have been in contact with them.
First I met Kirkhiton, the representative of the planet Dahraal. Then a year ago (currently it is 2019), MidgasKaus contacted me, he is the representative of the planet Eslair. For a long time, I refused to make contact because I wanted to live a normal life of an earth woman. However, a year ago, I decided to finally understand all this and find out what it is. And I went back to my contacts.

Irina: I turned to ufologists. They asked me questions in order to understand the situation. So it happened that in April of this year (2019) I met Maxim in an unusual way.

Maxim: Yes, it’s an interesting story. I once needed a cameraman. I was recommended a person who had experience with the camera. It turned out that he was a former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
One day, he came to me and said: “Max, I have an interesting situation. I got a call from a [famous Russian] TV channel and asked to shoot one “crazy woman” who communicates with aliens”. Since I have been interested in this topic for 5 years. The interest in which, by the way, was caused by life circumstances that led to my complete zeroing. So I said to my cameraman: “You should check that her contacts are true, by asking her some competent questions on this topic, so that the material for this TV channel turned out good”. Then he left and on the next day he arrived with astonished eyes.
I asked what happened.
“Max, I think it’s true!”
We started watching this video. Irina had no higher education or encyclopedias reading but she described different energy structures, contacts with Kirkhiton, the structure of flying saucers, etc very simple, open, and interesting. I was surprised.
Again, I decided to ask the cameraman to go to her one more time, but with my own questions (these questions were some kind of test in order to understand whether I can rely on her information or not). However, as soon as I gave him this list of questions, he received a call from that TV channel with a request to shoot one more video about her. This call was very useful for me because my friendly request turned out to be a work order for the cameraman.
By the time he returned, I was already in my hotel room with a friend. At that time I had exams at the Institute of Practical and Business Psychology. We started watching the video with the answers to my questions that he sent me. In this video, Irina was talking to me – “Maxim, Kirkhiton sends his greetings to you”. The alien’s greeting certainly startled me.
“I can answer 6 questions myself because I have already discussed them with Kirkhiton before”. Irina gave me not just answers, she explained my questions in a structured way. Three questions were from the field that she could never know. She said that in order to answer them she needed to contact Kirkhiton.
You can see how pure is the information she provides when you see that she is very open and has no “self-talk” in her mind, which usually makes it difficult for other people to contact their Higher Self (the higher structures of the soul). I decided to go to Irina myself together with the cameraman. After communication with her we were about to leave, but then MidgasKaus “came”.
When Irina comes into contact, you can see that she is in kind of a trance state, because at the energy-chemical level her blood changes, certain hormones are released. Now she is more or less balanced because we asked the extraterrestrial beings with whom she communicates to balance her on a regular basis.

Maxim: Now only one-third of people, who called and wanted to come, are sitting here with us at the conference, that is only those who really need the information. It was the same at the last conference. Maybe their spiritual mentors do not “show the way”, maybe they are just not ready for such information.

Maxim: How does our Galaxy work? Who created us and for what reason?
Irina: About 5 million years ago, “cosmonauts” from the planet called Tumesout discovered our planet. It is located 1050 light-years away in the Orion constellation. When they discovered it, there was already biological life on our planet – plants, animals, mammals, among which there were the closest to us primates, similar to modern chimpanzees, but taller and having other distinctive features. At first, the representatives of Tumesout simply watched natural evolution on Earth, so that intelligent beings could evolve from these forms of primates by natural selection. However, for 2 million years this has not happened. And 3 million years ago, Tumesout specialists began an experiment aimed at creating a hybrid of terrestrial primates by combining their genetic information.

Irina: They attracted two more civilizations to help in this experiment, i.e. the representatives from the planet Burkhad from the Cygnus constellation and the representatives of the planet Selbet from the Canes Venatici constellation. These three civilizations participated in the creation of our species, it happened 3 million years ago.
By this time the Interstellar Union already existed in our galaxy. It currently includes 116 civilizations out of 727 intelligent humanoid-type civilizations living in our Milky Way galaxy. All the civilizations, I come in contact with, are also members of the Interstellar Union. I am in contact with the representatives of the planet Dahraal and the planet Eslair. They are not our creators, but they are also part of the Interstellar Union.
Now the representative of our creators is also present at the conference – Raom Tiyan from the planet Burkhad, the capital of the Interstellar Union, located in the Cygnus constellation at a distance of 670 light-years from Earth.
During the experiment, our creators injected genetic material into the primate cell nuclei. The purpose of this experiment was to create a being whose nervous system would allow it to connect with a sentient spirit. As a result, the first man was created 3 million years ago.

Maxim: As I already know, the entrances to pyramids were created for the Tumesoutese, and they participated in their construction. Since in the distant past, in order to develop humanity, extraterrestrials openly lived together with earthmen.

Irina: The inhabitants of the planet Burkhad also look like us, that is, they are warm-blooded anthropomorphic beings. They are from 2 to 2.8 meters tall, with white skin, blue eyes, and blond hair.
Maxim: This is what we call the Aryan race.

Irina: The cold-blooded inhabitants of the planet Selbet are humanoid creatures, but they have a reptilian appearance, scales, four fingers, webs, and also they are oviparous. They are 2 meters tall, intelligent beings, and able to walk on two legs. Reptilians are those who became a serpent tempter of Eve described in religious literature.
When the discoverers from the Interstellar Union first discovered the planet Earth, they were very interested in it because there was diverse life on it, and this fact made it one of the unique planets in our galaxy. For this reason, they were interested in combining their genes with the ones of the Earth inhabitants. They believed that the more their genes would be in a new being, the more their energy would be in this being.

Irina: When the first people were created, not only two people were created, but 18 people – 9 men and 9 women. A man was not created immediately as an adult. The process of creation and development began at the level of the embryo and the following birth.

Irina: The moment a sentient spirit incarnated in this hybrid became a holiday for them because only the presence of the creature’s nervous system with its thinking abilities allows a sentient spirit to incarnate.
Maxim: What is a sentient spirit?
Irina: All the representatives of the Interstellar Union, consider the material body only a means, a reflection, a carrier, an instrument of a sentient spirit. And this spirit is the main thing in any living being who was born by God, by the Creator, before the material world creation.
They call the sentient spirit “LIMIS”. The soul of an animal is called “EROMES”. Insects have a group soul. The soul of an animal will not be able to incarnate into a human and vice versa. Because they have different types of connecting links of their life force with their physical body. After intelligent hybrids were created, “limises” from our system began to incarnate in them.

Irina: In the end, between reptilians and the other two races (the Tumesoutese and the Burkhaders) a dispute occurred. The dispute took place because the Selbet extraterrestrials said that anthropomorphic races were more than any others in the galaxy.
There was only 5 percent of their reptilian genes in human beings (not 15) due to the fact that Tumesoutese and Burkhaders believed that exceeding 5 percent would disrupt the development of our body, because each gene is responsible for a specific protein, and so on, and development of the body will be disrupted.
Due to the fact that Earth was considered a unique planet, and it was inhabited in those times by reptilian creatures, i.e. dinosaurs, Selbet representatives said “Well, if you actually created anthropomorphs and our genes in them are only 5%, despite the fact that we asked for 15%, and since we helped you in this, help us to create a race of intelligent reptilians by combining our genetic information with those forms of reptilian creatures that already exist on this planet”. Simply put they wanted to create intelligent dinosaurs.
But Tumesoutese and Burkhaders considered such a difference of races on the same planet, that will be forming in the future, with their different cultures, religions, etc, is impossible. They said that in such a young civilization even differences in appearance (skin color, height) can already create discord between peoples. And if reptilians and anthropomorphs are so different, it will just be an extra reason for different types of wars. Such a young civilization was not yet ready for such a level of struggle with its xenophobia, against the background of two types of races living on the same planet.
Such a race distinction is possible only in the Interstellar Union, where the main condition of going into Space is a complete stop of wars on the planet. And their collective consciousness is ready to accept the existence of other races and recognize the right to their existence. Young civilizations that have not yet passed their evolutionary path of social development are not ready for this level of consciousness. Therefore, there is no need to provoke wars by creating reptilians.

Irina: Reptilians have their own perception of reality and they decided that if they were not allowed to have their representatives on this unique planet, they would destroy the created hybrids. As Raom Tiyan says, this decision was made not by the leadership of Selbet, but by those Selbet specialists who at that time (3 million years ago) were on Earth and didn’t inform their government about this decision.

Irina: When the representatives of Selbet decided to destroy the earth’s intelligent hybrids, they could not just kill them, in this case, they would be immediately blamed. They should have made it look like an accident. And then the story happened, described in Chapter 3 of Genesis in the Old Testament in figurative language – the story about the temptation of Adam and Eve and eating the forbidden fruit.

Irina: This story not only happened but Moses also wrote it down. In ancient Mesopotamia, he was a contactee with the planet Tumesout. The Tumesout extraterrestrials talked to him in the language, which he could understand, taking into consideration his level of development and worldview. When they contacted him, they did not say that they were aliens. They introduced themselves as gods because that is how he considered them, as he had neither any idea about stars and planets nor any scientific knowledge about the world and the cosmos. That is why all the extraterrestrials who contacted ancient people tried not to contradict their worldview.
When the Tumesoutese were in contact with Moses, they told him in a mythological form about what happened in those ancient times. And the representatives of Selbet, who committed the crime, were presented to him as a tempting snake.

Irina: Why a snake? Because that is how was encrypted that exactly the reptilian representative (and not the representative of some other civilization) was a seducer. This text, which was written down by Moses, was not just given without any purpose. It was given for the following generations to know their true story, only provided in an allegorical form that needed further deciphering.
At the time when humans were created, Earth had a different climate, it was slightly closer to the Sun and had only one continent.
Maxim: Is this what we call Hyperborea and Atlantis?
Irina: They were parts of that single continent.
Conference participant: Was name of the continent Pangaea?
Irina: This is the modern name of this continent.

Irina: In the place where the Mediterranean sea is located now (it was not there before, it appeared after the war 12 thousand years ago), close to today’s Turkey, there was a base for the creation of man (what we now call Eden). It was not just a scientific base, but also what we call a testing ground for teaching our ancestors to follow the social path of development. Extraterrestrials were not going to control the earth’s people. They were going to create us and then give autonomy for our own development. They were interested in further communication with us as fully developed colleagues. And they consider as fully developed only those civilizations that passed all the stages that they had previously passed themselves.

In this “garden of Eden” a training center was created to teach children since people were created at the level of the embryo and by that time they were already children. They were also taught the language, that is the Tumesoute language, but without any complicated terms, in the simplest version. Later Hebrew came from their language but it also had some changes.
Children considered their creators as their parents. They did not have such concepts as “gods”.
Question from the audience: Were they born?
Irina: Yes, they were born from terrestrial female primates by genetic modification as well it now but at a higher level.

On that base, there were not only terrestrial plants but also plants from other planets, necessary for the development and maintenance of our creators. One of these plants was called “Khorol” in the language of Tumesout. The fruits of this tree are needed to improve the mental and physical activities of our creators – the representatives of Tumesout.
But due to the fact that the earth people had different physical bodies and genetic set, the fruits of this tree were poisonous for them. That is if a person eats this fruit he does not die immediately. He could die from poisoning within a period from a few hours to a whole day if he did not get first aid.
The Selbet representative knew about it and decided to destroy the people, presenting it as an accident. So that it would look like the earth people found the fruits and ate them themselves. So that when people would die, the Selbet representatives could say that it was their own fault because the Tumesoutese warned the first people about the poisonous fruit before. The earth people worshipped Tumesoutese and Burkhaders as gods so that nobody could imagine that people could disobey.

Maxim: So the Selbet representatives tempted the first people to try the “apple” and after that the people almost died.
Irina: It is written in the Bible that Adam and Eve were hiding from God after trying the forbidden fruit. Actually, they were not hiding, they could not answer because they were unconscious. They were found and saved at the end. When they were asked why they did this, they told everything and the truth was revealed. Its was reported to Selbet and the culprits were sent to their home planet for further isolation as punishment for the attempted murder.

Irina: This situation showed that the Earth people lost faith in Tumesoutese and Burkhaders. And it was decided to take them out of the base and settle on the land for further independent development. But before they provided people with everything necessary for their life, taught them how to grow bread and plants. The climate was different, that is why people had a metabolism different from ours in the present time. In those times people had no need for animal food, due to a different climate, Earth energy, magnetic fields, and so on. So that kind of food was enough for the earth’s people’s bodies.
The reason why it was decided to take people out of the base and settle on the planet, as already mentioned, was the lack of trust. Because it could lead to a situation when the people would go against their own creators and even use extraterrestrial arms against them. Thus, the earth people have been developing for many thousand years themselves, multiplying and filling Earth, as it was indicated to them by the creators.

Irina: The extraterrestrials also wanted to settle the people on other planets – Venus and Mars. In those days, the conditions on these planets were different. Venus had a different atmosphere, there was no carbon dioxide, sulfuric acid, and the greenhouse effect as nowadays. It was also located a little further from the Sun and had a favorable climate for the existence of liquid water and plant growth. There was no proper oxygen level on Mars, so the extraterrestrials planted trees to create an atmosphere favorable for human life.
So about 200 000 years ago, approximately 20 000 people were taken on Venus and Mars. They did that because of the fact that when the population is divided, different nationalities can appear, and the more kinds of one race exist, the more opportunities for social evolution there are. So they wanted to make companions from us who would be able to join the Interstellar Union, discover new planets, and so on.
Maxim: So our ancestors lived on Mars and Venus.

Irina: This was the time called the Golden Age in ancient writings when people had no war and lived in harmony with nature. They also had no so-called superpowers because there was no need for them as extraterrestrials came in contact openly.
The climate was different, there was no winter at all, no snow even on the poles. The trees were very big. The earth was fertile. So there was the Golden Age on Earth, Mars, and Venus.
There were also ancient cities on Earth-like Atlantis where people lived in harmony with nature. The extraterrestrials did not insist on our technical development, they just watched what people would choose – be close to nature or develop technically. And the people preferred not to develop science. It was warm on Earth, there was enough food, so that they just lived in harmony with nature, i.e. with plasmoid civilizations (civilizations from subtle planes).
Maxim: Could you please explain who plasmoids are?
Irina: There are dense material and subtle planes. For example, we have dense material bodies, i.e. those consisting of substances (carbon, oxygen). So this material is dense, its energy is accumulated so that atoms are formed. But there is also the subtle world (please note that it’s not the Spirit world). The subtle world is what we call electromagnetism and radio waves, i.e. this is the energy of specific vibrations that has no dense substance, and it is like a radio wave or electromagnetic field. And the body of an intelligent being can also consist of these electromagnetic fields. The most common form for them is a fireball. But this is the plasmoid that can be watched by our eyes. In simple words, this is an intelligent ray of light.
Maxim: And there are civilizations of the dense material world (humanoid, insectoid, reptilian) and those of the subtle world. There are a lot of them, even more than dense material civilizations.
Irina: Plasmoids are usually called nature spirits, elemental spirits, the spirits of houses, forests, rivers, and so on. Mermaids, bogies, the spirit of fire, the spirit of water are different types of plasmoid civilizations. They live not only on Earth but in the cosmos as well, for example, there are many plasmoid civilizations on our Sun and near other stars.
Maxim: And some plasmoid civilizations formed the religions on Earth, e.g. Vedas culture. They do not teach any bad, but they provide their own worldview on what is love, light, and how it is necessary to develop.

Irina: So there was the Golden Age on Earth, Venus, and Mars. But 12 000 years ago there was a war. It started somewhere far away in space and after some time reached our Solar system. The initiators of this war were the planet Selbet. This is the same race whose representatives made people eat the forbidden fruit on the earth’s base (“Eden”).

Irina: The government of Selbet was changed and the new one was strongly opposed to the representatives of Burkhad, and Earth at that time was considered as the Burkhad colony. So Selbet attacked the Solar system all of a sudden. Their first aim was the main Burkhad base in the Solar system – the planet Phaeton. The well-known asteroid belt (the remains of Phaethon) located in orbit between Mars and Jupiter is the consequence of this attack.
In the Solar system, the Selbet war spaceships divided into several parts – the first one went to Mars, the second – to Earth, and the third – to Venus. The Selbet possessed a weapon that could blow away the atmosphere or turn the oceans into steam.

Irina: Burkhaders and the Tumesoutese tried to protect people. Some of them were fighting with the Selbet reptilians, others were evacuating people from Earth, Venus, and Mars. The Selbet chemical weapon destroyed the Venus atmosphere. People from Venus were evacuated to the planet Disaru in the Hercules constellation. The descendants of those people still live on that planet. They are not different from us in appearance. Disaru also joined the Interstellar Union and they have their contactees on Earth.

Irina: Mars had more damage, almost all its inhabitants died. It was inhabited by both humans and the Tumesoutese, who had their own city on Mars. Because of the war, Mars became a desert without atmosphere and water, unsuitable for living. As there is a low amount of oxygen and no oxidation, one can still find the skeletons of its inhabitants there.

Irina: The Selbet attacked Earth with gravity bombs from the distance of Mars orbit. During the bombing attack, continents began to split and volcanoes erupted. We can see the consequences of these strikes now when we look at the map of Earth. There was a single continent on Earth before the Great Flood.

Irina: Because of the use of this weapon, Earth began to fly away from the Sun (after this snow winters appeared on Earth) and moved towards the planet, which is now called the Moon. Before this war, the Moon was a planet located between Mars and Earth. There was an alien base on the Moon but it was not an Earth satellite before.

Irina: The collapse of Earth and the Moon was almost inevitable so that we could have one more asteroid belt instead of our planet. But 15 Burkhad spaceships used their gravitational field and stopped the catastrophe. There was the moment when the Moon was 4 times closer to Earth than now and this cause the Great Flood.
When other ships arrived they were able to place the moon in the same orbit as it is now. That is why the Moon is always turned one side to Earth because it was artificially placed.

Irina: As a result of this war and cataclysms, many people died on Earth, but 3000 people were evacuated to Mars, attacked by the Selbet later, and then people were taken from Mars to the Moonbase, where they lived under the glass dome. They stayed there till the end of cataclysms on Earth.
