Igor: Is the phenomenon of hypnosis or self-hypnosis known to the curators from the Interstellar Union as a key to entering an altered state of consciousness?

Igor: Is my idea of the trinity of human nature correct? By “human” I mean those incarnated on Earth. If we understand the system correctly, then a person is three essences combined into one. This physical body is a ship, like a mechanism, an apparatus that allows one to arrive at physical reality. The second is the mind, an operating system that allows you to quickly respond and control this ship. And the third one is spirit (soul), subtle energy connected with the Higher Self, which is in the field of the Creator. And all together this is a human.
Irina: You very accurately reflected the word 3 in the structure of the sentient spirit and a man, in particular. I understand what terms you called the word “body”, “mind”, “spirit” and “the Higher Self.” I understand what you are talking about. True, we have a slightly different perspective on the structure of the sentient spirit.
In the language of the Interstellar Union, and specifically Daraal, it is called “Limis” – a sentient Spirit. We call “Limis” every spirit, wherever it is incarnated, in humanoid or plasmoid world, as well as if it’s not incarnated and stays in the spirit world.
The sentient spirit differs from the animal spirit, which in the Dahraal language is called “Eromes”. The animal spirit can be incarnated only in the bodies of animals, insects, birds, reptiles, and so on, that is, in non-sentient beings, in bodies whose central nervous system is not intended for the manifestation of consciousness. Sentient spirits embody only those bodies in which the nervous system is intended for the manifestation of sentient spirits. The sentient spirit has three phases. Because at the moment I am out of my physical body, but I am still able to think, my mind is working. Each of these three elements has three abilities – this is called “three in three”.
The mind’s abilities are thinking, imagination, and memory. I will now explain what we mean by thinking and memory. In the heart or in the core, this feeling, which we call “feelings,” is different from emotions. Feelings are necessarily an instinctive part for the spirit to connect with the body. and feelings appear immediately after the first incarnation in the dense material world happened. That is, a person is simultaneously experiencing both of the states. That is a moment of realizing that the death of the physical body is not the end.

Igor: Yes. There are people on Earth who practice magic, it is manifested in shamanism as dark and light magic. For me, magic is something that gives a stable result but is not completely recognized by official science. Roughly speaking, it is a mysterious box that works unexplainably and produces some results.
Irina: If we call magic a conscious interaction, contacts, various alliances with the plasmoid worlds, whom you call the spirits of nature, to perform certain tasks in the material world, then, of course, magic exists. If we understand magic as a system of rituals that are unconsciously aimed at evoking results, then we do not have this. We do not achieve things by rituals.
